“Dustin was great! Worked quickly and thoroughly and was transparent regarding the cost and issue. My Samsung dryer is only 4 years old. He broke the dryer completely apart and showed me the problem and then went and picked up the part, informing me of how much it would cost before hand. He returned to repair the dryer quickly also sharing with me what he suspected caused the break. Dustin put the dryer back together and completed the job very neatly. I was home by myself and he was very professional yet friendly. I'll definitely use him again for any other appliance repairs I may have. Dryer now works as it had originally.”
